Shipping policy

Due to high demand, orders may take up to 2 weeks to fulfill. Thank you for your patience and for supporting our small family business. 🌸
Processing Time
We aim to ship all orders within 3–4 business days.
During busy periods (such as seed launch season), processing may take longer.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot add, remove, or combine items. Additional items should be placed as a new order.
Delivery Timeframes
Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.
Please note that postal delays can occur during peak seasons or due to factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).
Carrier Selection
We use a variety of carriers—including USPS and UPS—depending on the size, weight, and destination of the parcel. Selecting flat rate shipping at checkout means we’ll choose the most suitable and cost-effective service for your order, which may include economy shipping options. Flat rate shipping does not guarantee a specific carrier or service level.
Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate, complete, and able to receive deliveries from standard postal carriers. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, unable to forward, no mail receptacle, or for any other address-related reason:

original shipping fees are non-refundable, and

a new shipping charge will apply if you’d like the order resent to a corrected address.
We are always happy to resend your items once the new postage has been paid.
Lost or Stolen Packages
All orders are shipped with tracking. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, we no longer ship orders outside the United States.
