Return and refund policy

At this time we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on most items, as each order is either custom-made or unique.

Seeds
All of the sweet pea seeds we offer are grown and harvested by us and are of the highest quality. If your seeds do not perform after following our detailed growing instructions, please contact us right away and we will happily send replacement seed (if available, or with a similar variety). Please see our Terms of Service for full details, including our germination disclaimer.

Print-on-Demand Items (Mugs, Tumblers, etc.)
Our mugs, tumblers, and other print-on-demand products are made to order especially for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size or style.
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please email us at hello@sweetpeagardens.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Vintage Vases & One-of-a-Kind Finds
All vintage vases and antique pieces are sold as-is and are not returnable. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. We’re always happy to provide more information or photos before you order.

Live Plants & Plant Starts

Live plants and plant starts are perishable and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants.

Live plant orders are shipped during designated seasonal windows. Customers are required to select a preferred shipping week at the time of purchase. Orders will be shipped during the selected week or shortly thereafter, depending on weather conditions and plant readiness, but will not ship before the selected week.

If your live plants arrive with significant damage or in poor condition, please contact us at hello@sweetpeagardens.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the plants and packaging. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
